The Pedigree Behind the Work
Distinct Build is new, but the partnership is not. Todd and Steve have built each other's work for years — the architect designing, the master builder executing — on commissioned homes for leading architects and demanding clients. Steve's construction carries a national AIA Honor Award, multiple International Architecture Awards, and 25+ publications worldwide, building for Olson Kundig, David Jameson, FAIA, Allan Greenberg, MODE4, and MKCA. Todd brings an award-winning architect's eye and over 30 years designing residential architecture.
